Slow Cooker Peach Mango Cobbler

Slow Cooker Peach Mango Cobbler

I have never really made desserts in my slow cooker before but a friend was raving about how easy and fun it was to create. Not to mention the time you save when all you have to do is scoop and serve. So I figured why not! One of my favorite desserts is peach cobbler so I decided to kick it up a notch, add some mangoes and voila! Slow cooker peach mango cobbler at your finger tips. I hope you enjoy this dessert as much as my family and I did.

For this recipe you can use either fresh or frozen fruit making it a good choice all year round. I personally use Skim Milk but you can use richer milk or even cream for a richer crust.
