Eating fresh, yummy, and healthy food is one step in having your best overall health. I have said quite a bit and I am sure I will continue to say how important good food is for you and your family. I try to align my recipes as such but it be hard sometimes to come up with unique and delicious recipes when you are constantly on the go. It’s a simple tool that any person can use to increase their fresh food intake as well as spicing up your meal choices. To be honest, I was surprised by some of the combinations the app came up with. The meal I tried: Cilantro Lime Cauliflower was so unique and flavorful that I was taken back. The meal had everything I loved, except cauliflower (I like it but’s its not my fav) and it was a quick meal that I want to prepare again. I love that you can set the portion size to just what you want, in this case it was an individual meal prep.
