Greek Tuna Cups

Tuna is a great source of protein and easy meals. One can of tuna provide 14 or more grams of protein and is easily incorporated into many dishes. This is one of my favorite dishes for tuna as an appetizer. The filling is so good actually, my daughter asks for extra to take to school for lunch! These are my version of Greek Tuna Cups.

First, let’s talk tuna. Greek Tuna Cups

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes


  • 3 Medium or 2 Large Cucumbers
  • 1 can of Tuna
  • 1/3 Cup Greek Vinaigrette
  • 1 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 tsp.Dill Weed + garnish


  1. Peel and cut cucumbers into 1 inch sections
  2. Core each cucumber section until is resembles a cup, place excess cucumber into a bowl
  3. Add tuna, Greek vinaigrette, feta cheese, and dill weed to the same bowl and mix
  4. Set up each cucumber cup and fill with tuna filling
  5. Garnish with additional dill and serve.
  6. Keep chilled as needed

I hope you enjoy this quick and easy twist. You can always add some beets or Greek olives to make them more of a Greek appetizer but this is perfect they way it is. I also like to substitute out a garlic vinaigrette for the Greek version for a more bold flavor. It will become a new favorite for sure!
