Bacon Gouda Rolls

Bacon Gouda Rolls

Two of my favorite foods in the world is bacon and cheese. These Bacon Gouda rolls are a nice combination of the two, spiced with a little garlic and you have a nice treat. Cheese is a good base for just about anything, Gouda being a unique flavor that is rarely used, and bacon is a good topper. Together they can create meals that entices the taste buds. These rolls are simple to make and a good use for leftover bacon (if you have any!). The rolls are flavorful and gooey and can be consumed alone or for an added twist add a dipping sauce of choice.

What kind of sauce would you dip these rolls in?
